Doesn't work at all. With the operators, I felt like a threat and a nuisance. Completely unfriendly. Maybe they only had two bad weeks. ;-) The staff was super friendly. Room clean. Showers are almost always too small (60 × 70). Man finally installs showers that are big enough and where you don't just lie down on the fres ... Breakfast is ok. I just can't eat more than I can in.

Generally quiet and beautiful rooms. The loud fans in the bathroom are a bit annoying. Especially when the person in the next room doesn’t breathe and the humming can be heard half the night. Personally, I find a buffet in Corona times rather problematic if there is no sign or personal advice from the staff to the applicable rules of conduct. Unfortunately I had to watch as guests without face masks and without disinfecting their hands served themselves at the buffet because they did not know where the disinfectant was and after sitting down without covering their mouth and nose and disinfecting their hands again, they served themselves at the buffet. This is of course the retaliation of the people, but is compounded by the failure of the hotel to provide advice.

We ate here on our wedding day ... A really VERY good service (including flower setting and candles) and the food was a poem !!! 5 stars 100% really deserved !!

The god in France would also enjoy life here. ROOMS are clean, the breakfast delicious. The price-performance ratio is right, there is more money left for the angel's tail ;-)

Totally exorbitant prices. The price / performance ratio is absolutely wrong. Service was friendly but completely amateur. A small selection of dishes with overpriced prices alone does not stand for quality. Not again

The staff was super nice. The rooms were cleaned very well. My single room was a good size. I had my internet with me;) No rating for the restaurant as it was not open due to Corona.

It was our first time in the restaurant, after some negative reviews here, I have to say we were not disappointed. Very courteous, friendly staff. High quality food at reasonable prices.

The food was cooked to perfection and served very appealing. The wine went very well with the food and was recommended by the service. The service was not pushy and attentive. I felt completely comfortable.

The only good thing was the food! Service a disaster, she was rude and unmotivated. The food came before the drinks. A meal was forgotten, the boss only made a very unfriendly statement. You only lose guests that way.

The food was good, the service is expandable. 1st was the food order incorrectly picked up and the error with the guest searched, 2nd was not asked for further drinks requests (I was thirsty!), At times in the entire guest room no staff could be found, 3. Also after the late clearing the plates were neither further Drinks (coffee etc) another dessert offered. Too bad!!

We've been here with our neighborhood community, but what we experienced today was a disaster. The service was very slow, disturbed loud during a lecture. The room we had booked was occupied and we sat almost directly in the loud restaurant, which was very loud. Never !!! again.

Nice restaurant. Have celebrated in a closed society in the hall. The food was good, the service at the beginning a bit slow. Nevertheless, the guests liked it. We would celebrate here again, so to recommend.

Nice characterful hotel on the square, slightly 'old-school' but in no bad way. Staff are friendly and coped with my lack of German very well. Very good powerful showers, all rooms clean and comfortable with a good desk for work. The food was the real highlight of the stay, breakfast was very good for an inclusive breakfast; including selection of eggs, meats, breads and good coffee etc. Dinner was excellent, really good service which wasn't intrusive but always attentive when needed. The food is clearly cooked by someone who really cares about the flavours - the broccoli soup was perfect.

I was here when they were modernising the hotel. Had problems with WiFi router not working. Restaurant and breakfast were very good.
